Zygor Guides is the No1 World of Warcarft Leveling guide to date. There are many many diferent tactics, techniques and guides out there for World of Warcraft, many that are legal and sooo many that are not. What is legal in the eyes of Blizzard, the makers of World of Warcraft.
Ok does Zygor Guides follow the rules set out by the makers of World of Warcraft? Are you breaking any rules using it to power up to level 80 within 7 days. The answer to that is a definate no. There are so many write ups of Wow guides out there that state only what they do. Very few are focused on what they don’t do. There fore his doesn’t address the worries of players who would like to use the likes of Zygors Guide. So what does’nt it do?
Well we will only concentrate here on one aspect. Zygor Guides is’nt what is called a bot! A bot will play for as long as you want, carrying out all manner of tasks you require. Well it also plays when your in front of your computer. Since it is a program, it never gets tired so plays for as short or as long as you want, carrying out the tasks you instruct it to. Sounds great eh! Many players use these bots to power level they’re characters, they also use them to farm goods and resources, even down to skinning the animals that it has killed. So how do they accomplish this?
Well a bot program will basically record a route that you take. You follow a circuit with your toon and then at various points you set waypoints, which indicate the route for the bot to follow. A player can save this route as a profile and then re-run it via the bot, when ever desired. Such things as mining, skinning etc can be carried out by the bot on it’s travels.
These bots are in violation of blizzards terms. They are basically third party programs which operate within Wow and that is illegal. Blizzard actively runs programs to check your memory on your PC for such activity while Wow is running. So today they may not catch you, but tomorrow, bang you get a 72 hour suspension of your account and more than likely a total ban thereafter. But Blizzard are clever guys and are constantly updating they’re methods of detection. Today you may be lucky and blizzard haven’t updated they’re detection programs, but tomorrow may be the day they change what they are looking for and whammmo, your account has a 72 hour suspension and banned indefinitely thereafter.
Anyway for many it defeats the purpose of the game. Using a bot doesn’t make sense even if you take away the threat of a ban, why pay for something that takes away the pleasure of playing the game.
Zygor Guides however is nothing like a bot. In any way shape or form the terms, that blizzard set out are never broken or breached. The guide is 100% in-game and works within your Wow screen, but unlike a bot it is not classed as a third party program. As most players know there is a folder within your Wow files called “Addons” and it is within this folder that Zygor Guides resides. At the end of the day Zygors Guide, unlike a bot promotes superb, game play. You not only level at an unbelievable pace, but travel far and wide learning the game inside out, whilst becoming a better player to boot. It strips away the dead wood leaving you with every minute spent in wow being effective.
Why risk your account and miss so much of the game using a bot. It’s not really worth it, since strips the enjoyment from such a great game as World of Warcraft. There is only one way to level like a Pro and thats by utilising Zygor Guides, Period!!!!
